Most clients start with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. As things progress, some transition to biweekly. It really depends on your goals and what feels right for you.

That's completely okay, and more common than you think. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. Our first few sessions are simply about getting to know each other and understanding what feels most important to explore together.

The first session is about building a foundation. We'll talk about what brought you here, what's been on your mind, and what you're hoping might feel different. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We go at your pace.

That uncertainty is completely valid, and honestly a great reason to start with a free consultation. It's just a conversation. No commitment, no pressure. Just a chance to see if this feels like the right fit.

You don't have to have it all figured out
to start.

Start where you are. Whether you're ready to book or just want to learn more, there's no wrong place to begin.

No pressure. This will simply be a space and an opportunity to connect.
